How SmartMeet compares

An honest comparison. Other services change their plans often, so check their current pages before you decide — what follows was true of their published plans as we understood them in October 2026.

Where SmartMeet is not the right choice

Large webinars with registration, breakout rooms and phone dial-in are not part of SmartMeet today. Meetings themselves have no participant limit and no camera limit; if you need a ticketed webinar for hundreds of registrants, a webinar service will serve you better.

Scheduling is included

Every SmartMeet account has booking pages, reminders and self-service rescheduling from the first day of the trial — no second subscription. Moving over gradually? Your personal SmartMeet room link also works as the location in any booking tool you already use.
