Every plan includes a Business Associate Agreement, meeting audio and video are end-to-end encrypted, and the guest's note is never put in an email, a text or a calendar file. Your own HIPAA program still covers how your practice uses it.

Can several providers hold telehealth visits at the same time?

Yes. There is no cap on how many meetings run at once on one subscription, and no time limit on any of them.

Do patients need to install an app?

No. A patient opens the link in their browser and joins. Nothing to download.
